What's new:

  • Caps variations answers have been added to all passwords in story episodes and "Umbrella's Game" extra mode.
  •  Fixed a bug where the game did not remember the language selection upon first launch.
  •  Fixed localization errors.
  •  Fixed errors related to incorrect music playback and display of backgrounds/sprites in story episodes.
  •  Fixed a bug where a character would take an item from an item box, but it would not be added to their inventory.
  • The Music Room has been improved. New tracks have also been added. (Access to the Music Room can be obtained by entering the password "SNAKEBITE" in the "Extra" section of the Main Menu. Track titles may contain story spoilers)
  •  Many backgrounds have been replaced with higher quality counterparts. All backgrounds in the Stronghold location in Episode 4 have been redone.
  •  Reduced damage resistance and health of the last boss in Extra Episode 3.
  •  Added new music to Extra Episode 2. Also, Baron now has his own theme. Also, the volume of some sounds has been adjusted.
  •  In Extra Episode 2 Ada now starts with the "Weak Points Calculations" skill to make some enemy encounters easier and more varied.
  •  In Extra Episode 3 Chris now starts with a different inventory.

 

  • A new character has been added to the “The Mercenaries” mode - Emily Ran, head of the development of the virtual simulation of combat operations against B.O.O. - "The Mercenaries". She is able to rewrite code and change the conditions of any situation, adding new skills to her allies' empty slots (there are exceptions) and resurrecting the fallen allies. Her special ability, “ROSE BLANK,” restarts the experiment, canceling any damage to all allies and enemies.
  • Note: If Emily is on a team, then music of any level becomes the 'Administrator Theme' (except for boss battles and "Infinity" mode).
    To unlock Emily, the player must survive 10 or more stages of the "Infinity" mode.
    If the player survives 20 or more stages, they will be rewarded with Emily's costume - “Jacket”.

 

In the rouge-like "Infinity" mode (part of the "The Mercenaries" mode) has been added 20 new enemies from across the franchise, allowing each randomly generated level to be more varied and unpredictable. Among the new enemies player can meet both the formidable carnivorous plant Yateveo and Doctor Salvador, as well as chicken or a piece of Tofu cheese.

 

  • A second page has been added to the Bonuses section of Mercenaries mode, explaining to the player the conditions for unlocking character costumes and the conditions for obtaining ranks in Infinity mode.
  • A counter of completed levels in the corner of the screen has been added to the “Infinity” mode. After the death of the player’s team, this number will now be calculated and the player is given the corresponding rank (12 ranks in total - from “E-” to “X”). You can find out the conditions for receiving them in the “Bonuses” section of the “Mercenaries” mode menu.
    Note: Every 5 stages the player will face a special boss, up to X-rank. These bosses include enemies familiar to fans of the franchise, as well as completely new creatures that the player may have read about in documents throughout the game, but not encountered in person.
  • Moira Burton has been completely redesigned. Now her play style depends on what she finds in the level. Moira is capable of creating her own set of skills.
  •  In "The Mercenaries" mode, the player no longer starts with healing items in their inventory. This change does not affect battles in story episodes.
  •  The chance to evade attacks has been reduced for characters who can do this (Ashley, Jill, Wesker, Regina, etc.).
  •  The "Lucky Coin" skill has been redesigned.
  •  Reduced the amount of increased defense from skills that focus on this.
  •  Added a new password that allows access to all game's content, including all characters and costumes in "The Mercenaries" mode: ROSEBLANK
